1. SHIPPING POLICY
A. Processing Time
Orders processed within 1–2 business days upon payment confirmation
B. Shipping Methods & Costs
- India (domestic): Standard Shipping (via India Post (speed post / registered post)) INR 0 Rupees, delivered in 3–7 business days.
- International: Standard International / Express International: ₹2,500 to5000 , delivered in 5–15 business days. Taxes, duties and customs charges not included; customers are responsible.
C. Order Tracking
Tracking details emailed once shipped. Carrier tracking available within 24 hours post-fulfillment Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or force majeure are outside Albedo Educators’s control.
D. Shipping Restrictions
No split shipments allowed in a single order
Shipping available worldwide except certain sanctioned locations.
2. EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
A. Eligibility Period
- Digital Courseware & eBooks:
Refund or exchange allowed within 5 days of purchase, and only if not accessed or if access remains below 10%
- Physical Materials (books, printed packs):
Accept for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, in original, unused, resalable condition
B. Return Exceptions
Non-resalable items (opened access cards, used printed materials) are non-returnable/refundable . Expired or consumed digital codes and access aren’t eligible for refund.
C. Return Process
To initiate, email support@albedoedu.com with order number and reason.
Return Authorization (RA) will be provided within 2 business days.
Physical items must be securely packaged and shipped with RA number and original invoice.
Customer pays return shipping and any associated duties. Albedo Educator is not liable for lost items during return shipping; insured or trackable shipping is encouraged.
D. Defective / Incorrect Items
If damaged or incorrect, Albedo Educator covers return shipping costs and will promptly replace or refund upon receipt .
E. Refund Timing
Refunds issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving returns. Digital refunds (access not used) processed within 15 business days of request approval.
3. EXCHANGE
Exchanges are allowed for physical materials only, with customers covering return shipping.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched within 3–4 business days. Any adjustments in price (e.g., returns of higher/lower valued items) will be billed or refunded accordingly.
4. MISCELLANEOUS
- Non-refundable Fees: Shipping, handling, customs duties, and platform fees are non-refundable.
- Cut-off times: Requests to cancel or modify orders need to reach us before shipment is confirmed.
- Policy changes: Albedo Educator reserves the right to modify policies; current version always available on the website.
